Responding to demands from employers and in conjunction with the international consulting company Deloitte, we have developed a module in Personal and Employability Skills Development that features in all of our foundation degrees.
The learning focuses on developing the personal skills, attitudes and behaviours that help people to attain and succeed in employment. The module is delivered alongside your main programme of study so that the learning can be directly related to the area of employment that you are aspiring to.
An advantage of studying for a degree at a college, as opposed to a university, is that you will be taught in small groups and receive excellent one-to-one support from your tutor and lecturers.
All our foundation degrees are approved by Plymouth University.
