HOW TO APPLY
Part-time applications
A UCAS application is not required for part-time Foundation Degrees, Higher National Certificates or Higher National Diplomas. Simply call the College on 0845 2232567 and we will arrange an interview for you. If you are offered a place all we ask is that you confirm your acceptance in writing.
A copy of your application will then be sent to our admissions department for processing. Some of our centres hold open days and/or individual interviews throughout the application process to which you may be invited to attend.
Please call our Course Enquiries Office on 0845 2232567 to obtain a standard College application form. Alternatively you can download the form for part-time courses (40k PDF).
Full-time applications
Applicants for full-time undergraduate courses, including bachelors degrees and foundation degrees, should apply through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Services (UCAS).
You should make your application using the on-line system available at www.ucas.com – if you are unable to apply electronically you should contact UCAS on +44 (0)870 112 2211.
- You may apply for a maximum of five courses.
- The UCAS centre code for courses at Cornwall College is C78
- The centre code for Duchy College campuses is D55
You will also need the UCAS course code for each of the courses you are applying for – these can be found on the website course finder under the course titles for each course, or in the Key Facts column for each course in the prospectus.
Once you have completed your online UCAS application, you should arrange for your reference, your application and the appropriate registration fee to be sent to UCAS. You will then be notified when they receive it, and printed copies of your application will then be forwarded to your chosen universities and colleges.
When we receive your application, we will write to you to let you know that we have started processing it. This normally takes a few weeks after submitting your application to UCAS.
