“It’s about support and guidance. I’m studying the first diploma in sport and hope to progress to the National Diploma in Sport in September. In my spare time, I enjoy Taekwon-Do and have reached black belt status competing in competitions across the U.K.
I have achieved Gold in the southern championships for sparring, two Gold awards in the Welsh Championships for sparring and pattern work and two bronze awards for sparring in the British Championship. I recently had the opportunity to compete in the World Championships and came 5th in pattern work, which is a great achievement. My other hobbies include playing football for Plymouth Argyle Ladies Club, Motor Cross and rugby.”
