Cornwall College Saltash will be holding an Open Event on Saturday 3rd March to give prospective students of all ages the chance to explore the College and its resources and get the advice and guidance they need for their future career.
The event runs from 10am until 12pm and those who attend will be able to get a feel for student life when they meet staff, visit departments and gather information from tutors on the range of courses and specialist facilities available at Saltash.
Student ambassadors will be on hand to talk first-hand about their experiences of college life and to offer guided tours of the campus.
The campus offers both full and part-time courses in Art & Design, Beauty & Complementary Therapies, Business & Professional, Childcare & Early Years, Construction, Hairdressing, Health & Social Care, Skills for Life, Professional Cookery and Travel and Tourism.
There is also degree level study available and a wide range of Access to Higher Education Diplomas including Art & Design, Health and Social Care, Teaching, Computing, Leisure & Event Management and Business.
Students looking to start a degree course in 2012 will have the opportunity to discuss tuition fees and their eligibility for financial aid through the College or government initiatives.
