Whether you are thinking about returning after a break, are currently working but would like extra skills, or would just like to learn something new, this is an ideal opportunity for anyone to 'taste' the courses on offer. If after having a 'taster' of a course during Adult Learners Week, you feel you would like to enroll on a course; there is a £25 voucher which can be redeemed against the cost of courses for anyone who enrolls before the end of May.

Learning Shop Manager, Kerry Jackson said: "Adult Learners Week is an ideal opportunity for adults to visit the Learning Shop and see the courses available without any pressure. We are located in a primary location in Saltash which is easily accessible to all. I would also like to stress that the Learning Shop does not only offer courses in computing but, we also offer business or recreational courses through CD Rom or on-line. For example, you could learn German, Spanish or French in time for your holidays!"

"The Learning Shop has worked extremely hard in building links with a number of local businesses who have benefited greatly from staff gaining skills and confidence here with us. We pride ourselves on our relationship we have built with the local community and we will continue to provide a service needed within the area." The Learning Shop is an ideal springboard for anyone who would like to return to education due to its link with nearby Cornwall College Saltash. If computing or personal confidence skills are preventing you from returning to education or work, why not visit the Learning Shop to update your skills before progressing onto a course at the College in one of its many vocational areas.
