Who is this event for?
This short and effective half a day workshop is specifically designed for managers, owners, and team leaders in the hospitality sector. If you are work in a hotel, guest house, restaurant, public house or tourist attraction and want to use Trip Advisor feedback to build sales, incentivise staff and reduce costs then this workshop is for you.
