Cornwall College wants to ensure that its courses and its care of students are of high quality.  However, sometimes things may go wrong and you may want to complain. Cornwall College has a complaints procedure that explains the steps you need to take to make a complaint.

The Skills Funding Agency has an obligation under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 to ensure that providers of education and training are receptive to genuine expressions of dissatisfaction and that complaints are dealt with promptly, fairly and proprotionately. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint once it has exhausted the Cornwall College compliants procedure you can complain to the Skills Funding Agency who will investigate to ensure that our Complaints Procedure is working effectively and that that any decisions made are reasonable.
